Liz and her American vocalist e-penpal, the lovely Deb Davidson, finally met (left) in April, 2006, in Bahia, Brasil, to share tropical music and cool caipirinhas at the “Pousada Encanto de Itapoan”, a delightful guest-house right near this beach, run by guitarist/composer Octacilio Rocha and his English wife, Jan, who have welcomed musicians there from all over the world. Lots of information and a Brasilian music station on their website.

Singer/guitarist, Castro, and other Brasilian musicians visit the pousada for a bossa-nova evening.

On hearing “Tudo Azul”, they couldn’t wait to have their own copy!
